After two very (read: VEEERRRYY) relaxing weeks at home, I am back in Baltimore. Just got in on Saturday, and have been taking care of business, getting things ready for the new year, EXERCISING (mwahahah) etc. It was great; the past two days have been very productive and I'm happy with the way things are going.
The real reason I felt compelled to update this is because....MY FRIEND NETA IS GETTING MARRIED IN SCOTLAND AND SHE'S (I just found out now) LEAVING TODAY!!!
So, as you can tell, I am very excited for her and felt the need to shout it to the world :D (or you lovely blog readers, anyway :-) So, be warned, if you are my friend and have these good sorts of news to tell me, I'll probably post it up here (unless you don't want me to, just tell me!) and go crazy over it for you ^_^
Today, I'll hopefully get to catch up with a fellow Amherst College alum (now a student at Hopkins Med!), and tomorrow, my dear friend Ashika will return from her vacation with Eric in France. I can't wait to see her and hear all about it! A few days ago I called up Aimee, one of my close friends and former suitemate at Ihouse, and just caught up on the past 5 months or so :)
Plus, the weather has been a real gift...warm, in the 50s yesterday (up to the high 60s today!), slightly breezy, sunny...I know it'll change and become freezing cold again but I'll take what we can get.
Michael, and Hikaru, if by any chance you're reading this, WHERE YOU AT?! (I mean, I know where you are, or where you're likely to be, but what's up? Miss you guys!)
